Registered Psychologist #2473
My goal is to make counselling helpful, insightful, and sometimes even fun! Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is my main modality and is a treatment approach supported by research. CBT is helpful for building skills to regulate emotions, improve interpersonal relationships, and tolerate distress.
Self-esteem, anxiety, depression, troubles with peers, self harm, school avoidance, sexual exploitation, and the misuse of substances, gaming and the internet are common issues in counselling. Working with clients with generalized anxiety, specific fears, and/or obsessive compulsive disorder is a passion of mine.
