DR. JENNIFER CAMPBELL

I enjoy helping clients to improve their mood and build self confidence. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is my main therapy approach and is strongly supported by research. CBT is helpful for building skills to regulate emotions, improve interpersonal relationships, and tolerate distress. Working with clients with generalized anxiety, specific fears, social anxiety, and/or obsessive compulsive disorder is a passion of mine. I also utilize Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) with clients who have low or depressed mood related to interpersonal conflict, interpersonal skills, role transitions, or grief and loss.
